This is the best review ever – not only did it arrive on one May 31st, World No Tobacco Day, but it was a surprise e-mail from the editor of this book… She quit cigarettes after correcting the grammar of “Smoking, Who?”!

Did I wish she’d quit while we worked together? Heaven, yes! Did I bug her with questions about her nicotine addiction? H*ll, no – annoying her wasn’t on top of my list…
